Now What, Y’all

I built a seven-figure business. Raised three kids. And somewhere along the way, I became all things to all people—but nothing to myself.

It wasn’t one big moment. It was a slow build, like a volcano getting ready to rupture. And when it finally did, I wasn’t standing tall having some graceful awakening. I was curled up in a ball, sobbing, too exhausted to do one more thing.

That was the crash. And that was the beginning.

Why I Started This

So why did I start writing Now What Y’all? At the beginning I thought it was because I wanted to help other parent entrepreneurs figure out how to build a business that fit their lifestyle, values, and goals. Turns out that’s not what I want at all.

I didn’t want to teach systems, scale, or anything like that. It’s great and all—but not where I want to be. It’s where I thought I was “supposed” to be. What I’ve figured out over the last 12 months is that Now What Y’all is about community.

A safe place to share without judgment. A place to remember you. A place to get your cup filled.

I know that looks different to everyone. But that’s what I love about this community.
