Hey friends!

Today, we're diving deep into something I usually only share in one-on-one consulting sessions - Profit Pattern Protocol or P3 for short. This is the exact framework that helped me scale RSG Sales and E by Design while still making it to every basketball/volleyball/lacrosse game and dance recital. (And yes, even getting some quiet time for myself!)

The Real Cost of Burnout (The Research is CRAZY)

Before I share my system, let's talk about why this matters. Y'all know I love diving into research when it can save us time and money, and these findings blew my mind:

  • McKinsey's research shows that 67% of entrepreneurs experience burnout specifically because they're working against their natural energy patterns (not just because they're working too much)

  • A Harvard Business Review study found that working in alignment with your natural energy rhythms can increase productivity by up to 500% (Yes, you read that right - FIVE times more productive!)

  • The American Institute of Stress reports that business owners lose an average of 2.3 hours per day due to energy mismanagement - that's $47,000 per year for a business bringing in $250k

When I read these stats, I realized my $3k mistake wasn't a one time thing (Lordy, how many of these have I made. YIKES!) It turns out it was predictable. And preventable.

The Science of Your Energy Code

Here's something fascinating: researchers at UCLA discovered that our brains have a natural 90-120 minute cycle called the "ultradian rhythm." It's like a biological code that determines when we're primed for peak performance and when we need recovery.

Think of it like your phone's battery cycle - it's not meant to run at 100% all day. It needs strategic recharging to maintain peak performance.
