The Nurture Method is officially out today

Hey friends!

It is OFFICIALLY The Nurture Method’s launch date!!! I’m a mix of emotions. Excited, exhausted, nervous, and slightly nauseous!

The newsletter morphed into the book, and it is the single biggest thing I’ve ever done in my professional life — at least to me, that’s how it feels.

I’m terrified. What if it fails miserably? What if no one buys it? What if this message I’ve been so passionate about doesn’t get heard by the women who need it?

At the same time...

I’m so fucking proud of myself. I have put myself, my words, my heart out for the world — or at least my corner of the world — to see. What if I do become a best-selling author? What if I do get booked for a TEDx talk? What if I get paid to deliver a keynote?

I guess we’re about to find out.
